I am an educator and an innovator. I look at the problems of society as a challenge, and I have ideas to help solve those problems. I am positive about life and confident in my skills. I am very comfortable with technology, and I see it as a tool to help us learn and communicate, but I also see our own humanity as our greatest asset.Read More

Satisfied customers come back year after year, and they don't necessarily rave about the work. However, some customers, colleagues, and students have provided you with reviews of the comprehensive design and teaching used by Passive Ninja Web Design.
Its hard to describe Brian Jaeger as a teacher, because I never felt that he was teaching at me, instead he trained me. After 11 and a half years of schooling, Mr. Jaeger's 12th grade writing class was a breath of fresh air where I finally got the answer to the age-old question, what is all of this good for? It was much more comparable to classes I took at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater than anything I had ever taken in highschool. It was closer to a job training than either one of those. It was, if I can make my point clear, something different.
I have had the great pleasure of working with Brian Jaeger at Menomonee Falls High School, both as a colleague in the English department and as a co-coach for the Forensics team. I have the highest possible opinion of him. Brian’s high level of professionalism and ability to work with a team, his admirable amount of content knowledge and ability to incorporate technology into the classroom, his continuous commitment to student success, and his willingness to go above and beyond his role in the classroom as an advisor and coach have given me the unwavering understanding that he is a teacher any district would consider valuable.
From the perspective of a high school teacher, I know all too well that students do not want to be there, performing tasks they feel are worthless or mundane. However, I know Brian Jaeger's unique sense of teaching style is able to capture many of his students, changing this negative conception and allowing them to break free from writing constraints, new ideas and most of all, have fun while learning. This, in my opinion, is the most important part of the teacher/student relationship: to promote a a passion for a lifetime of learning. This is critical for our young people as they venture into the ever so changing world that requires that we all push ourselves to keep up, continue to learn and forever add value in our lives.
It is my distinct pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of my colleague of five years, Brian Jaeger. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with Brian and observe his interactions with the school environment as he developed into a strong leader and teacher.
This year was the first time I've had the privilege to have Mr. Jaeger as an English teacher. I was in his Novel and Film class at. I learned so many great things from him. It is obvious that Mr. Jaeger loves what he does and is always willing to help anyone who asks. Although I will miss him, I am confident that he will be successful in the future. Anyone who has the chance to work with him is extremely lucky.
Menomonee Falls High School
For most kids, I dare say high school is a nightmare. You wake up early to go somewhere against your will with a bunch of people you can't stand. That's it in a nutshell, and that's how I felt most every day of my adolescent life. Retrospectively that was obviously the wrong attitude to have.
It wasn't until maturity I thought to look back and think about how grateful I am, and how grateful I should have been for brilliant teachers like Brian Jaeger.
I have known Brian Jaeger about ten years now through various activities and projects.
He and I have worked together on several internet and marketing jobs during that time. He has also helped me promote my businesses through the development of websites and marketing programs.
